View my Pittsburgh real estate listings to find the perfect real estate opportunity here in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I specialilze in the listing and sale of homes in the Northern Suburbs of Pittsburgh, where commuting to downtown Pittsburgh via Interstates 79 and 279 has contributed to the popularity and growth of the area. Most notable among these areas are Wexford, Gibsonia, Cranberry, Allison Park and Mars Homes (as distinguished by zip code), or Frankliln Park, Hampton, McCandless, Marshall, Pine, Richland and Ross Township Real Estate (as defined by township or Boro name).
Voted one of the top five "Most Livable Cities", Pittsburgh is a great place to work, live and raise a family. The area's economy has transitioned from steel to services, finance, bio-med, health care and other industries and has experienced a more modest unemployment rate than other Metro areas as a result. There are few barriers to entry for homebuyers in Pittsburgh and the foreclosure rate has been running at about half the national average. As a realtor and life long resident of Pittsburgh, my goal is to provide comprehensive information to local home buyers and sellers and those looking to relocate to the Pittsburgh, PA, Metro Area.

Honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, hardworking...I recently hired Diane as a buyer's agent to assist my family in relocating from Ohio. She quickly proved herself to be a valuable asset in this transition. From our first contact to the final closing, Diane consistently exceeded our expectations. Here are a just a few of the things that Diane did that impressed me.
1. Operates with a sense of urgency. Within hours of our first contact, we were doing walkthroughs on homes that met our needs. This was particularly important given the short time frame we had to purchase a new home.
2. Effective and efficient. Diane made good use of our time by doing pre-walk throughs on some homes in order to determine that they met our needs. Home visits were coordinated in an organized manner. This allowed us to visit several properties in a relatively small amount of time. In addition, we were provided detailed information on each property to review before we visited the property.
3. Expert level market knowledge. Diane displayed expert level market knowledge which helped us make an informed buying decision.
4. Trust and integrity. This is where Diane really shines. At each step in the process Diane proved that my family's interest where the top priority. When discussing a property she pointed out the pros and cons of each property. I never once felt like Diane put "the deal" in front of my family's interest.
