Pittsburgh Real Estate did not experience the severe downturn experienced by many other metropolitan areas in the last several years, reflecting the relative stability of this region. In an article from CNN Money.com "Housing: Best Recovery Bets-Pittsburgh", Pittsburgh housing value loss since 2006 was noted to be a modest .8%, while the forecasted gain by 2011 was estimated to be 2.2%. In an article by Francesca Levy (Forbes.com), Pittsburgh was noted to be fourth on the list of "America's Fastest-Recovering Cities". We never had the peaks and therefore did not witness the valleys of many other markets. As compared to many other areas, Pittsburgh has very affordable housing prices.

Honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, hardworking...I recently hired Diane as a buyer's agent to assist my family in relocating from Ohio. She quickly proved herself to be a valuable asset in this transition. From our first contact to the final closing, Diane consistently exceeded our expectations.
